On June 27, 2025, Samsung Medical Center presented a poster on research involving the VR-based cancer-patient distress content co-developed with CRENGINE at the MASCC 2025 Annual Meeting in Seattle, USA.
Papers and conference presentations were part of a research process that ran from April 2024 to September 2025. The two organizations then filed a joint patent (Dec 2025) and planned a clinical trial led by Samsung Medical Center (Dec 2025 – Apr 2026).
